Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

If Agile Sunrise needs to cancel or reschedule a class, they will provide notice up to 14 days before the first day of instruction. If Agile Sunrise cancels or reschedules a class with less than 14 days’ notice, they will assist the student with their non-reimbursable travel expenses and offer the option to apply the paid tuition to a future class or receive a full refund

Transfer

If you are unable to attend a cancel a class, you must send a written request to [email protected].

You can substitute a delegate at no charge, but please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If you can’t attend or substitute a delegate, we will try our best to move you to a later course if available. You can apply the paid tuition to a future class scheduled within 6 months of the original class.

Refunds

The refund policy if the student is unable to attend is as follows:

  • 30 days or more before the course start date: 90% refund
  • 29-14 days before the course start date: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days before the course start date: No refund

If a student cancels a class or requests a refund, AGILE SUNRISE will process the refund within 30 days. Refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the same credit card.
